Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your jewelry item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Repairs
